Cancellation policy

Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency and price shown when you subscribe.

 

You can cancel at any time yourself, no need to contact us: log in to your account on spicyboys.nz, open Subscriptions, and select Cancel. Cancelling stops all future charges. Any order that has already been billed will still be shipped.

 

You can also skip a delivery or update your payment details from the same place. Refunds for boxes already delivered follow our refund policy.
